What is your past experience?
What is the deal about these minutes?
You buy 60 at a time. When you are done with our service, you can request your unused minutes back. We will send you a check for the total unused amount (pro-rated). No hidden fees. Or keep the minutes for the next computer problem. When staffing availability becomes limited, previous customers with minutes will we eligible for priority support.
It sounds like you are going to call me back right after I pay for the service, Is that true?
We try to call our clients back as soon as we can. The time ranges from 10 minutes to an hour. (when the time is inside the listed availability range)
Can I really get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year?
Not right now. We currently have limited availability
What if you can not fix my problem?
If we can’t fix your problem, we will tell you right away, and we won’t waste your minutes. You can request a refund of all unused minutes at any time.
